Hypocracy of government

'Nari shakti' this was the theam of independance day pared. The whole year was to be dedicated for women empowerment. For that most of the MNCs tried their best to maintain gender ratio by recruiting higher number of female employes. But still the women's safety at work place is questinable. No decision has been taken by government to form Internal complaint committee(ICC) under sexual harressment at workplace act 2013. Still 31% of Indian companies has not set ICCs. Setting ICCs is not sufficient for being justified towards women against sexual harressment. The committe which is going to overtake the case shall be provided proper training, they shall be made aware of all the laws and proceedings. Still 40% companies has not begun training members in provision of law. As per the national commission on women the complaints of sexual harassment at work place has doubled. Most of the cases remains hidden due to fear of losing job. Some cases are over ruled by higher authorities.
Just empowering women economically won't help nation to develop. Social empowerment is as important as economical and political. If government is trying to increase HDI by showing equality on paper then it is quite pity. Definately some steps should be taken for womens safety at workplaces and ICCs shall be made impartial with transparency.

INDIA- The Nation ?

If we go back to 17th century the decline of Indian dynasties was mainly due to absence of Nationality. Nationality the feeling of oneness was absent that time and I think same is the condition now. The revolt of 1857 was also individual war for sovereignty of own kingdoms by King and not for the country which came in to existence in 1947 called India. Many kings fought in 1947 revolt because their immunity was suppressed by British, their pensions were hindered, and restrictions were laid upon them. Where was nationality, feeling of oneness for single nation. I think the same was the condition after independence and still the same. The 565 princely states were given money as Privy Purse till 1971 for signing document of accession. Do we see any feeling of nationality among them?  I could not see that feeling among people of India which constitute Nation. In Samyukta Maharashtra Struggle, where was Nation? All the fight was going for state and even the popular leaders resign from Cabinet ministry just for a regional dispute. The people get elected to central government for the welfare of nation not state. So, every individual should be bound first to Nation and then state.
Today even after 6 decades of independence we still have regional disputes for their own superiority. We don’t provide equality of status and opportunity to other state people (for ex. People from north east and J&k are not treated equally). The people who migrate to other states in search of job opportunities, standard of living, education, sanitation, health, etc. are ill treated. The communal riots also form context to the lack of feeling of nationality. The regional politics also denotes immaturity in thinking for one’s own nation.

Now the time has arrived to think for welfare of all people who are part of India. Generate strong feeling of nationality, Unity and Integrity of Nation. The people should become rational and should not get under influence of regional politics. Without thinking of Individuals own community/people they should work for strengthening nation. There is need to provide basic facilities along with education, health and awareness in society. Now the Feeling of nationality should be generated which will transform India from country to nation.

Instability in India

Which is the most important problem in front of our nation? Is it poverty, Hunger or Illiteracy? Now a day’s most important question in front of many state government is beef. They have forgotten the problem which India is facing since independence. The central government have historic establishment on behalf of “development” but now Nation is facing some serious threats and we can see some kind of diversion of government. The communal riots, killing of great writers, beef ban are what our nation is facing nowadays. The priority which is given to beef ban should be reduced and governments should focus on development. The stand taken by religious organizations and giving the beef ban a communal turn may have havoc in future. The matter should be given pause and the constitutional help should be taken to solve the matter.

There is ban of beef according to constitution because considering these animals as agricultural backbone. The animals which provide financial impetus to agriculture sector are banned to be used as beef. But the religious organizations have given it a communal turn have created instability in nation. The dadri incident of killing someone under communal violence is dark day for India, The nation which is formed on the foundation of secularism. Where is federalism, Liberty, secularism, dignity, unity, integrity? As mentioned in preamble. The preamble represents our constitution and the principles mentioned in it are not followed. Now the time has arrived to think on this issues and some vision should be set.

HAJJ AND STAMPEDE

The unfortunate and horrible disaster which have occurred in the form of stampede at Islam’s most holy pilgrimage place at Mecca, have raised the questions about management of security personals. More than 700 people have died and also injured. There were more than 2 million people attending hajj from all over the world including 0.15 million Indian. It is a dream of every Islamic to attain hajj. It is the fifth pillar of Islam. The people gather here to assert focus, regain consciousness and for the feeling of oneness i.e. unity. Hence it the responsibility of security officers to make their journey safe and peaceful.
Initially I would like to tell that how hajj is conducted. The process of hajj starts from mina where one has to begin early after prayer. Followed by a circumambulation of holy mosque kaaba. At last the pilgrimage ends at mina following the ritual of “stoning the shaitan”. This last ritual of mina should be completed before sunset. Hence people usually in hurry to reach mina create tremendous risk.
So, here I would like to state the reason for stampede. The road of mina where stampede often happens is very risky as it is only single way to mina and for return journey to Mecca. Even though the Saudi government have build new road for return journey, people prefer the same route bcoz new route is long. The another reason is security personals and officers instruct in Arabic language, which is difficult to understand for people from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc. there is segregation of people . The men and women are separated which leads to the separation of families. The individual who have went for the first time ho hajj may face heavy hurdles due to stampede. Also it is difficult for new person to understand arrangements and processes.

At last I would like to say that stampede at pilgrimage sites can be avoided by proper management and co-ordination between people. In India also large scale deaths have took place in the past during stampede for various pilgrimage rituals. Kumbhmela, Hampi Utsav, etc. gather huge population from whole country. There is misconduct at this places but every year the toll of deaths in India due to stampede is reducing, becoz we have learned from past mistakes and brought reform in conduct. The Saudi Arabia should take the responsibility of 717 deaths and should stop blaming mob.

INDIA AT UN

''I REPRESENT THE CULTURE WHERE EARTH IS CALLED AND BELIEVED AS MOTHER''
These were the words said  by our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi at United Nation General Assembly (UNGA).UN the consolidated body of 193 nations formed after World War 2 to maintain and ensure peace in world. It created the platform for each member to represent their own nation and share development goal. It also created the platform to encourage development, eradication of poverty and maintain ecological balance. Every year at the end of September it provides the opportunity for all nations to gather and strengthen bilateral relations. Here I would like to mention the vision of INDIA as stated by PM in UNGA.
We appreciate the agenda for vision 2030 and also think as important. There are more than 1.3 billion poor people in world. We have to work for the eradication of poverty. We want the Peace, Justice and Sustainable development in the world and with poverty it is not possible to achieve. The importance should be given to Climate and Sustainable Consumption. India emphasize on Blue revolution under which importance is given to Islands, Marine Ecosystem and Sky. Development is given priority In India the Education and Skilled. To increase financial inclusion 180 million bank accounts are opened. Under which the poor people will get the direct benefit of government schemes and the money will be directly transferred to their accounts. Poor people in India did not have the pension and insurance, government has worked towards implementing the pension and insurance schemes to poor people.
The world today have development constrains up to 2 sectors only India is also working on 3rd sector that is ''personal sector''. Under which the importance is given to Individual enterprise, micro finance, innovation, infrastructure for everyone (Housing, electricity, water supply, etc.), education, health and Cleanliness which is important in life. We are also working for women empowerment, save and educate girl child. We are bound to bring changes to agriculture sector and working on boosting the productivity. The agricultural production will also be properly linked with the market. We are also given priority for manufacturing (Make in India), improvement in service, investment in infrastructure and Smart cities. The vision is set up to 2022 under which 175 GW renewable energy production; work on energy efficiency, cleaning of river and city and waste wealth movement.
Sustainable development is the responsibility of every nation. Climate change is the biggest problem faced by world today and everyone should take the responsibility to manage it. Global education program should be made for saving Nature. Technology and innovations should be used for the welfare of nation and not for self. All nations are connected and interdependent. There is need to bring reform in UN along with Security Council. We should build up the world where every living creature will feel safe and get equal opportunities with dignity.
At last I would like to say that I feel proud to be part of nation which prey for welfareness of mankind, also for peaceful and healthy world. The above speech shows the importance for Sustainable development, climate change, eradication of poverty, infrastructure, women empowerment and peace. There is need to maintain stability in the world along with Middle East. There is also need to face the challenges created by human intervention in nature such as global warming, greenhouse effect etc. The developed nations should take initiative to reduce pollution and work for cleaning environment. The women should be given equal status in society across all nations. There is need to increase fraternity across the whole world. Well cooperation in education, trade, innovation, space and technology. India can guide and lead world in spirituality. There is also need to get representation for democratic powers of world in Security Council.

Reform in fertilizer subsidy in India

India the country whose main occupation is agriculture and more than 60% population engage in this primary sector. The interest of farmers should be conserved and for that various reforms are necessary. After 68 years of independence still agriculture here is not developed. Still Indian government spends huge money on subsidies for farmers. The ideology of Intensive growth is still difficult to achieve and for that there are natural as well as manmade problems. There is need to reform the plan of subsidy and the fertilizer market should be made free as diesel. There should be less interference of government which could save $1.8 billion of government. As due to fall in prices of crude oil at international market the subsidy for fertilizers assume to get lowered to Rs. 600 billion ($9.1 billion). This savings in fertilizer will help India to reduce its fiscal deficit by 3.9%. The spending on infrastructure can be enhanced by diverting some money and development projects can be speeded up.
Today the industry spends $375 on production of 1 metric ton urea. But considering government subsidy the farmers purchase it at $81 per MT. There is huge load on government chest. The huge import of chemical fertilizers and influence of Chinese fertilizers on Indian market can be havoc. The different fertilizers are encouraging farmers to utilize fertilizers on large scale to increase production. This has led to reduction of productivity of soil and also soil pollution. One the other hand this puts more burden on Indian government financially. The subsidized urea is also exported to neighboring nations by large a trader which earns them huge profit and on the other hand fiscal deficit of India increases.
There are some ways to reduce this and move towards reformation in various policies. The one of freeing of fertilizer market is stated above. Another way I find is to utilize jan dhan yojna and transfer subsidy on fertilizer direct to accounts of farmers. This will avoid smuggling of urea across national border. The subsidy should be based on availability of land with farmers. This will help to regulate fertilizer flow and help farmer to optimize the use of it.

BRING PEACE

The nations formed at mid night accusing each other on the cancellation of National Security Advisers (NSA) talks, which were going to take place in few days. The most important thing is  both nation should understand that, there is need of discussion to resolve all issues between both the nations. There is no other way but only this one.The reason here behind cancellation of NSA talks is just terrorism, which is handling the Pakistan along with ISI . Just recently the talk was held between prime ministers of both the nations at Ufa in Russia and the agenda was set for the discussion between NSA of both nations. The emphasis was given to the terrorism and this was to be considered as center of discussion. But now the indian foreign minister have put some conditions or provisions according to the agenda for talk which have been refused by Pakistan. There are mostly 3 main points in agenda, First is according to treaty of Shimla the Kashmir matter should be solved by only India and Pakistan there is no other party which can participate in the discussion. Second is the talk should be based purely on terrorism and not on Kashmir (according to Ufa meet). Third and most important is India have denied the permission to the Pakistan to held meeting with separatist leaders.
The Pakistan is not ready to have talk based on conditions put forward by India. The reason behind is that, there is no political stable rule in Pakistan. All might be knowing that the Nawaz Sharif had taken permission of Parliament ,military general ,ISI chief and also the most important Taliban for attending Indian prime minister swearing ceremony in May 2014. The most important factor which plays the important role in Pakistan's foreign policies is ISI and Taliban. This two factors are also ruling force in Pakistan and also have great influence on decisions taken by Pakistan. The Pakistani government is not free but just a puppet of this two powers. Now to gain some dignified position at international level Pakistan have to fight against terrorism and overcome the riddles.
They should respect the India for putting hand forward for friendship, not to criticize over conditions put forward. As along with India whole world is ready to support Pakistan against terrorism ,this opportunity should be utilize and should not let go.
The reason behind cancellation of talk is conditions place forward by India according to Pakistan. And India is accusing Pakistan for the cancellation by giving valid reason as prescribed in Shimla treaty and Ufa meet.On the other hand separatist leaders are also accusing India for this. I think the separatist itself denotes that they are not happy with India and they are happy to plan different attacks on Indian military along with ISI, Their revolt by hosting Pakistani and ISIS flags denotes the same that they will never be happy with the decisions taken by India. Now India should get aware and try to create patriotism in Srinagar and also try to focus on development of that part.India should provide stability and proper vision to separatists.
The question arises here that why Pakistan refuse to talk on terrorism? The answer is that whole world knows Pakistan supports terrorism to fulfill their military need against neighboring nations. And India was going to present all the proofs from 1993 bomb bast  to 26/11 attack along with Gurdaspur blast. There are clear proofs with India regarding the participation of Pakistan in all this terrorist operations. This was going to prove Pakistan vulnerable in world over terrorism.
So at last i want to conclude that 'THE WAR' is not the solution between India and Pakistan to solve the pending issues. The Pakistan is already a underdeveloped country and should focus on development. they should try to develop education system ,focus on Socio-economic reform and should avoid competition with India over defense. Pakistan also know very well that they couldn't achieve development without neighboring nations support.for that they should try to keep and maintain friendly relationships along with India. They should try to work with co-operation in SAARC and bring reformation in south Asia. Also Pakistan should first solve the riddle of terrorism with the help of India by holding peaceful talks. then the position can be taken later on Kashmir issue. Both India and Pakistan should understand that it is necessary to have talk to 'BRING PEACE' in both nations.

FTII PROTEST INCOHERENT

FTII the institute where around 12 lac spend per student which is too high then an IIT where money spend by government per student is just 3.5 lac. The place where the protest initiated with the recruitment of Gajendra Chauhan to the post of Chairman of FTII and later it took political turn. The question arises here that though we have democracy which gives us the right of speech and expression and also the right to protest, but up to which limit it is convenient to protest ? And how much to Emphasis on our demands ? As the protest initiated with recruitment of chairman , the reason behind was 1) Fear of saffronisation at FTII 2) Impotent of Gajendra Chauhan to that post.
For the first reason i would like to mention that in the past when Vinod Khanna the MP of BJP was chairman of FTII then where were protestants ? then was there no chance for saffronisation ? What exactly is the need to give political turn for this incoherent protest ? moving towards second reason the i think he should be given some time to work and then it will be better to judge or justify his recruitment. The protest before knowing his credentials is too hurry.
The next important thing is that as the protest was initiated against newly appointed chairman and also many politicians tried to mislead it by visiting this site. but later the protestants were arrested and put behind the bars. the reason for their detention was not the protest against chairman but the protest against their own assassination from FTII. Most of the people stand with them at the time of detention just for the sake of humanity and also found this action undemocratic. But the truth is their assassination is legitimate and should not be opposed.
As i stated initially the expenditure of government behind single student is 12 lac. The point is, is it necessary to spend so huge money on development of film and television? And the most important point related to assassination is that the students of 2008 batch were ordered to vacant the hostels. as looking towards their academics they should have completed their degree in 2011 but they didn't and were living by taking extension. The reason for extension was that they wanted to do some creativity. But they have done nothing new and taking too long to complete their course. I think they should stop protest and let the institute run properly. Students of 2008 batch should complete their course as soon as possible and pass out from FTII. And government should take some adequate decision about expenditure of Tax collected from Indian citizens. The optimum money should be spend on FTII .

China with AIIB and NDB

We are talking about the nation named as China which is also known as red dragon. The nation with words largest population and also fastest developing economy. This nation is similar to Russia in Europe and USA in world. The country which is trying to create its dominance in Asia and would become largest economy some day. As she got independence just a year after India now has become second largest economy in world. It has its dominance and peak position in most of the international organizations. It has permanent membership in Security Council of UNO which is also one of the great power.
America has her command over word politics and finance. The next emerging power in the world is china and has developed huge assets which would never down her financially. At the end of 20th century china tried to increase foreign investment and build their nation financially strong and also have gained success in controlling their population.
While looking towards its position in IMF, World Bank and Asian development bank USA and Japan dominated all over. In 2010 the Asian development bank estimated $8 Trillion investment in infrastructure for Asia alone. For that china set up AIIB and increased Asian infrastructure investment bank from $50 billion to $100 billion and asked India to invest in it. AIIB is set for the investment in Asia only and it will boost the development. China have highest weight in it and after that comes India, there are more than 50 countries which have became part of it.USA and Japan have tried to be away from it and also pressurized some nations to do so. the new weapon have borne in the name of china which could compete united states at global level and to reduce the importance of world bank ,IMF and Asian development bank this would be the major step.

The establishment of new development bank(NDB) under BRICS was also the good move which will boost developing nations such as India, Brazil, South Africa and china. BRICS nations contribute to 25% of total GDP of world and also more than 40% of total global population. In both the banks the share of china is highest and will play a dominating role in future. The red dragon is on the verge of firing whole world with its strength. China already has dominance in South China Sea and also trying to extend it up to Indian Ocean. These steps of china could have adverse effects in future. From this we could understand that from now the world has balance powers and no decisions will be biased. Now it will be great to see that how India and Russia would react to it.The Russia which has become alone in Europe will try to improve its relations with Asian countries but also on the other hand it will have to keep some distance from China.India is still keeping focus on building its own economy and still has a long way to go for creating higher status in world politics.

SAME SEX MARRIAGE,USA AND INDIA

Liberty , Equality and Fraternity are the three main pillars of fundamental rights in India and this is what puts India on the other side of the world. The country where people enjoys the full freedom and sets the best example of democracy around the globe.Recently american supreme court has given permission to same sex marriage and it has become legal in USA after Ireland. The constitution in USA won, because they consider denying same sex marriage as violating rights to equality. Obviously everyone have equal rights to protection and status in society. The people in USA have lived life by there own way and the judicial system also supported them. The decision of supreme court is welcomed by all, but India have not shown much support. The people in India have mixed views towards same sex marriage and no person can fully support the same decision because the conditions in both the nations are not same. India have to learn a lot from USA and amend and implement of some laws  there is need to develop well matured thinking in indian society.
Following are the reasons why India could not make same sex marriage legal.
1. According to IPC section 377 any action done against the law of nature is considered as illegal and can be punished up to lifetime imprisonment .
2. Already high court have denied the permission for same sex marriage in 2013 and if further amendments are to be done then parliament can do that.
3.The Indian society will never accept this change.
4. The traditional thinking of Indian population which does not give place for such unlawful act.
I think India should learn from USA and should support the choice of people and they should be given equal status in society. Their emotions and faith are to be respected and the basic fundamental right of equality should  be kept alive. The people should be given a fair chance to live their life by their own way.

CAUSE OF TERRORISM –'USA'

We are talking about the strongest nation of the world and biggest enemy of terrorist organization ‘’UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’’, (USA). Though USA is the biggest enemy but also the root cause of most of the terrorist organizations. You might have been thinking that how it could be possible that the country that is the reason behind terrorism could be in the top hit list of terrorist organization. The beginning and strengthening of terrorism in world started from cold war between democratic country USA and communist nation USSR (Russia). The role of USA in encouraging terrorism can be discussed below.
When world war 2 was over, USSR and America emerged as the strongest nations in the world but the USSR wanted to create her dominance all over the world and for that she had began her journey from Europe since world war 2.And now USSR was trying to create her influence in south Asia. But USA was against communism and tried to stop USSR from doing so. For that reason USA send their troops in Afghanistan to stop USSR in the north and save south Asia from their influence. For that reason USA asked the Pakistan government for help against USSR and asked them to send their military force in Afghanistan to fight against communism. But the Pakistan was not in the position to help; instead she was suffering from internal insecurity. USA warned them to stand with them or against. Pakistan was not in the mood to go against USA and at last decided to support. But the problem was that there was great influence of madarsas over people of Pakistan. Most of the people were use to go in madarsas for getting education. Maulvis were use to teach them ethics and Quran. And this maulvis were against western education, life style and culture. Hence they denied their support to America.
As the Pakistan was not in the position to help but there was no option before Americas warning. This also created great anger among people and hence Islamic troops started to form under the leadership of maulvis in Pakistan. These troops were also helped by Pakistani government and armed forced. These troops were placed in Afghanistan to fight against western power (USA). As Pakistan was with America in war against their will hence this was the reason the Pakistani armed force and government helped Islamic troops. This was the time when Tehrik-i-Taliban in Pakistan and Lashkar-e-Taiba in Afghanistan came into existence and also got stronger. Here it was the beginning of terrorism. This came into existence because America tried to interfere in the private matters of Islamic countries on the basis of huge military power. It was also been said that America used this terrorist organizations for their use and also supplied arms and ammunition because Americas target was to stop USSR. Also the weapons provided to Pakistan were given to Taliban to fight against America only. In the sense America was strengthening terrorist only, by providing money and weapons to Pakistan.
Though America was successful in winning the cold war and splitting USSR into small countries but they also have given birth to new problem named ‘’terrorism’’. This was the biggest mistake by America and also the threat to whole world. After that, the attack on world trade center was outcome of this entire phenomenon. Then the open war was declared between terrorism and world in which America was on top. But now everything has gone beyond Americas limit and it’s time to fight against terrorism with co-operation and support of all nations.

WHY MAGGIE ONLY ?

Mid night food of engineering students and also 2 minutes noodle of small children “Maggie” have been banned in several states of India and also testing of this food item is going on in some states. What exactly happened to Maggie? Just few days ago laboratory test of Maggie was done in Uttar Pradesh and the proportion of lead was found on large scale in it, which is injurious to health and that is y it is banned. But have we ever thought how many products which are injurious to health have been banned by our government. And do really government think of health of people? If so, then why Vicks has not been banned by government up to now?  I think they should check, monitor and keep records of all the products produced or sold in India. Strict actions should be taken against the industries which fail to fulfill the necessity of quality.
Coming to the topic let us conclude why Maggie is only banned. As Maggie is found to be poisonous then what about the items listed below?-
PAN MASALA AND GUTKHAS - These products are much more injurious to health. The steps should be taken to stop their production. Consumption of these products has lead to mouth cancer of millions of people. Maharashtra government took the initiative to ban but still all over Maharashtra pan masala and gutkhas are being sold illegally. Their prices are high but still their consumption rate has not been reduced. So, strict laws should be made against sellers of banned products.
ROAD SIDE FAST FOOD - There are several stalls available near roadside selling fast foods. The food is unhygienic. Consumption of this food can also lead to various health problems. These stalls should be banned or monitored and inspected by government officials.
BIDI AND CIGARETTES – These items are carcinogenic to health and should also be banned. Various people have been suffered from lung cancers and every year millions of new cases are being registered.
ALCOHOL- Alcohol contributes in revenue collection on large scale. But the truth is that every year millions of people die due to consumption of alcohol. Hence, some steps should be taken to ban alcohol in India. Though there is banned on production of alcohol without governments permission but still illegal production is going on. This low quality, illegally produced alcohol contributes in high deaths.
COLD DRINKS AND BEVERAGES – There are several toxic and cancer causing ingredients in soft drinks. The artificial colors are used to provide different color to soft drink to make it attractive. So, these products should be banned and fruit juice consumption should be increased.
Nestle is world’s leading nutrition, health and wellness company. It is a Swiss company which has launched many products in India. But now it’s one of the product, Maggie has been banned in several stated of India. And now India has also started taking strict decisions against foreign companies and encouraging its own companies. Last year in May Europe banned Indian Alfonzo mango and also 4 vegetables along with it. USA also banned Ranbaxy’s drug in their country. Ranbaxy is also an Indian country. But unfortunately there are more than 20 products which are banned in other nations but not in India. Many countries have banned Vicks but in India it is still produced and sold. From all this incidents we can conclude the products in the market will be permitted on the basis of their quality and they could be banned in their quality is found to be reduced. Also now companies will have to take care about their production and people’s health. India should take actions against some products which are needed to be banned. As India is developing country there is difference in quality of product of same company in India and developed nation. So, some focus should also be given on quality and price of food products.

ISLAM IS IN DANGER

The second largest religion on the earth is Islam. But unfortunately it is in danger. The cause and effect to this phenomenon is Islamic population and their deeds. The title represents some unimaginable thing and you must be confused, how could Islam be in danger? As the ISIS and BOKO HARAM the Islamic organizations are ruling over the gulf and North Africa, .they are strengthening the power of Islam and they want Islamic rule over whole world. They have not even spared the Shia community within them. They want the khalifa rule back again. Their power is increasing day by day but the Islam is getting in danger along with it all over the world.
Now moving towards the title I would like to mention some incidents happened recently. First the Muslim boy was denied the job in industry in Mumbai (INDIA) few days ago. Not because he was not capable of that job but just because of his religion. Secondly in the same city the women was not permitted to buy a flat in some society even though she was financially strong and she could have bear the expenses of the flat and society. The reason for this was just her religion. And the third incident which took place couple of days ago was most humiliating to the woman who was also an Islamic. She was denied to get the unopened coke bottle in United Airlines flight but her neighboring person was given. The statement given by the United Airlines for this incident was that the service providers thought that she could use that as a weapon. But have we ever thought that why this type of  treatment was given to Islamic only? Here the question arises that what could be the reason that all over the world the Islamic people are treated in different manner.
Everything changed for Islamic world in 2003 after the attack on world trade center in New York City in USA. All over the world these people were criticized for their deed. The whole world changed for Islamic people because the attack was launched by Islamic organization named Al-Qaeda and the master mind behind this picture was Al-Qaeda chief Osama bin laden. The belief over the Islamic people all over the world reduced. The Islamic people were looked with suspicious sight. The strict checking was done all over the world on airports of Islamic people. The Americas drone attack across central East Asia created great terror in the minds of people there. Huge losses of life took place in first decade of 21st century. The war between Israel and Palestine led to the huge loss of life and property across Gaza. The conditions of the Islamic countries have changed and the peace has vanished from them. The assassination of Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan just a mile away from their military camp created question mark about the Pakistan's position in world. Do they support terrorism? .The claim of ISIS of getting Nuclear bomb has created terror in world,so even though Pakistan is not ready to stop assassination of Islam in world. The war between the shia and sunny community will decide the future of Islam.
Though the ISIS and Boko Haram are getting stronger day by day but the other Islamic population is living the suspicious life. Whatever may be the powers the ISIS has gained but still they should not forget that they could not extend their empire beyond Islamic countries. There is full stop to them. Hence they should stop all this activities and contribute for the welfare of their own brothers of same religion. So they could live the life of honesty, equality and pride.

1 MORE STEP TOWARDS STRENGTHENING BI-LATERAL RELATIONS

INDIA BANGLADESH LAND BOUNDARY AGREEMENT BILL

We are talking about the land created at mid-night in 1947 and got independence in 1971 in the east of India which we know as ‘BANGLADESH’ and its neighbouring land which is the most dominating nation in South Asia called 'INDIA'. India and Bangladesh Shares the boundary of 4096 KM .Indian states such as West Bengal, Assam, Tripura, Mizoram and Meghalaya shares the boundary with Bangladesh. In 1947 the border between this two countries were known as Redcliff line. There were disputes over it in the start but then  Nehru tried to solve some in 1958.when Bangladesh got independence in 1971, some initial steps were taken by both the governments to settle the border issue in 1974. But it almost took 41 years to resolve the issue. Most of the international boundary line passes through plain lands, rivers and even though from villages and cities over the houses. The border security forces have their camps near the border and continuously keep sight on illegal immigration from Bangladesh to India. Many conferences were held between both countries officials to solve the issue of border. The shoot on sight orders have been given by Indian force if anyone found crossing the border.
Due to pending border issue following were problems were faced across border
When the partition was done in 1947 there were some enclaves formed .many Indian territories were in Bangladesh and most of Bangladesh territories were within India. The people living in these enclaves were not having direct physical contact with their nation. Their nationality was not secured. They lack in facilities such as proper drinking water, electricity, transport, etc. Even though proper education was not provided to them. They used to live like a tribal population hanging in between two nations. They were not able to enjoy the full rights of India and Bangladesh.
There was illegal immigration from Bangladesh to India. Most of the immigration was in west Bengal and Assam. The local politicians also supported this immigration and never took any action against it. This created great impact on the lives of local citizens. There was rush in getting the basic facilities from government due to rise in population. Even the small business, handloom works were dominated by illegal immigrants. The responsibility to stop all this was given on the shoulders of Indian border security forces. The most important threat was smuggling of drugs, precious metals and stones and illegal works. As the shoot on sight orders were given to Indian BSF there were many people killed across border while crossing it including innocent people, some of them were farmers. The biggest problem faced by whole world along with India is terrorism. Just recently few bomb explosions had created great terror in the minds of people in west Bengal. Bangladesh along with Nepal was most contributing factors in spreading terrorism in India. Terrorist organizations found very easy to cross this borders because there is no fence and most of the area along border is plain. The local mafia also helps in cross border migration.

LAND BOUNDARY AGREEMENT BILL

The bill was first introduced in 2013 by Dr. Manmohan singh our ex prime minister under UPA government. But it took 2 years to clear the political path in both the houses. The work on this bill was started in 1974 and after doing various changes both nations appreciated it. Here are some key points related to bill-

  • Exchange of territories will take place. The territories from west Bengal, Assam, Tripura and Meghalaya will be acquired or transferred.
  • 111 Indian enclaves in Bangladesh and 51 Bangladeshi enclaves in India will be rehabilitated.
  • Actually there will not be any transfer of land on ground; the people will stay in their respective residential villages only. The exchange of territories will only be on paper. Indian enclaves in Bangladesh will be given to Bangladesh and their enclaves in India will be transferred here.
  • The total land of 2777.038 acres will be transferred to India.
  • Bangladesh will get 2267.682 acres of land.

ADVANTAGES

There are advantages in redefining the boundary between india and Bangladesh, which are as follows:

  • As the protocol takes into consideration the situation on ground and also the wishes of people.
  • It also takes into consideration the views of concern state government and their consent.
  • The exchange of enclaves will help in providing the residents the basic amenities and facilities.
  • This agreement will help to create peace along the border.
  • It provides permanent solution to the decades old issue.
  • It will help in improvement of bilateral relations between India and Bangladesh.
  • It will stop illegal immigration and illegal smuggling of goods across border.
  • It will also help in reducing terrorism in India.

The issue between India and Bangladesh has been solved but still India has to take lot of efforts to improve bilateral ties between both. Bangladesh lacks in infrastructure, education, science and technology, space and standard of living. India should increase her investment in Bangladesh and help her in developing. The trade between both nations should increase, which will boost the economies of both the nations.
Now the time has come to solve the border dispute with Pakistan and china.

MERITS OF LAND ACQUISITION BILL

‘DEVELOPMENT’, the word that formed the new government in 2014 by creating history. Now it’s time to make that, what we called as ‘DEVELOPMENT’. So towards that the NDA government has taken some step by making some changes to land acquisition bill.

If we look towards the developed countries their economy shifted from agriculture to industries and then to service sector. But Indian economy directly shifted from Agriculture to service sector. India failed to develop and encourage industries. Now the make in India campaign is the new way to develop so. To set up industries in India there is need of land. Hence, some changes are mandatory to land acquisition bill to acquire the land easily to set up industries. The contribution of industrial sector to GDP should increase.

CONDITION OF AGRICULTURE IN INDIA
Since independence India’s main occupation is agriculture .According to the survey of 2009-10, 53% of employees were working in agricultural sector. As more population is working in agricultural
sector the contribution to GDP should be high. But that is not the case, the contribution was only 14% in 2014-15.So there is need to develop agriculture as well as industries in India. The condition of agriculture also has not improved in last 67 years. If we look on to the graph of contribution of agriculture to Indian GDP it shows decline nature. The contribution fall from 50%+ to 14% .But the strength of employees in agriculture has not declined up to that level. What could be the reason behind that? Still lot of work has to be done in developing nation called ‘INDIA’.

REASON FOR UNDERDEVELOPED AGRICULTURE
The government subsidies have hampered the productivity of farmers enhancing investment. The worst rural roads, shortage of power, ports, food storage, retail market and services are inadequate. Further, the average size of land holdings is very small, with 70% of holdings being less than one hectare in size. Irrigation facilities are inadequate only 39% of cultivable land was irrigated in 2010.Due to this farmers have to depend on monsoon for agriculture, but due to unfavorable monsoon and its uneven distribution across India leads to less productivity. There are also poor storage facilities of food and infrastructure.

NEED OF LAND ACQUISITION BILL
As today though India is 7th largest economy in world but the fact is still we are considered underdeveloped. Because there are many reasons which hamper growth, in which one is slow development of infrastructure, poor transport facility, lack of power, poor irrigation facilities, etc.
For development of all this land is needed. And to acquire some land for providing infrastructure, transport, etc. There is need for improvement in law .Because if the farmers will not give their land for building canal or road how water and transport will reach the next village. Now the people should think for the welfare of human being and should help in developing our nation.

LAND ACQUISITION BILL
The new land acquisition bill of 2015 has several changes and some of the beneficial changes are listed below –
  • If the farmer gives his land in favor of development to government for building infrastructure, irrigation purpose, PPP (public private partnership) projects, power production plant ,etc. then the job for his/her son/daughter will given in written by government.
  • The preference in selection of land will be in the manner-government land then barren land and then finally agricultural land will be used.
  • The survey of land will be done and then the land which is needed only be taken.
  • The land of acquisition for defense is necessary and that will be done with the consent of farmers.
  • The land acquired will be used in building canal, highways (improve facilities for speedy and safe transport), for placing railway track and developing railway, for housing (as few months ago government have announced housing for all Indians up to 2022), ETC.
  • The law for private corporations will remain same as was given in 2013 bill.
  • The farmer’s court will be set up at district level which will give farmer an authority to complain against the decisions taken against them.
  • The government will give farmers in written the termination period of project and if the project will not be completed in given time, the land will be given back to farmers and further decisions regarding land will be taken by them.
  • Now if the land is given by farmer for construction of dam but the whole dam will not be filled with water for 12 months. So, the available land in dam will be given to farmers for farming until the water level comes to that mark. So there is double profit of money and farming. In bill of 2013 farmers were not given any permission to use given land.
  • As in bill of 2013 also didn't needed the consent of farmers and same is given in this bill. But consent of farmers will be needed for corporations to acquire land.
  • Soil health card will be given to farmers (soil test in laboratory will be done) and the condition of soil will be improved. This will boost the production.

If the government corridor of industrial belt is developed on acquired land it will benefit farmers and will also have great impact on social life of people staying near. The employment which will be provided will defiantly help in reducing unemployment. The volume of production in India will increase which will boost export and encourage foreign investment. This will increase the strength of Indian economy. The economic growth will be the further step and will lead to economic development. The make in India campaign will get benefited by this positive approach of land acquisition bill.
Overall the land acquisition bill is important for industrial as well as agricultural development.

NOW THE POOR WILL NOT DIE POOR

3 awesome schemes, pradhanmantri jivan bima yojna,Atal pension yojna and pradhanmantri jyoti yojna. Under jan dhan yojna more than 100 million banks were opened but most accounts were zero balanced. So to handle this zero balance accounts extra load of millions were laid on banks, so to credit some money in those accounts and putting some steps towards reducing poverty this very beneficial schemes have been started.
Under pradhanmantri suraksha bima yojna(accidental insurance) the account holder will have to pay only 12 rupees Per year and will get insurance of 2,00,000 rupees Under accidental death or total disability. This scheme is applicable to the people age group of 18 to 70 yrs. The people consent with this scheme will have to auto-debit their account before 31st may and annual renewal is needed. The annual term will be from 1 June to 31 may.The scheme is applicable for saving account.
Now moving on to another insurance scheme pradhanmantri jeevan jyoti yojna (life insurance) the account holder will have to credit 330 rupees per year and will get insurance of 2,00,000 rupees after death. The death may be by any means. This scheme is applicable to people age group to 18 to 50 years.  As in India more than 90% people don't have insurance. This schemes will mostly benefit the people who are  below poverty line  and will give firm economical support to their family after death.
The third and last scheme Atal pension yojna also an outstanding scheme will provide financial support after retirement beyond the age of 60. The pension of 1000 to 5000 rupees will be given depending on their annual contribution. The people age group of 18 to 40 years can contribute to this scheme. The period of contribution should be 20 years or more. The central bank will contribute 50% amount or 1000 rupees, whichever is less.If the account holder dies before 60 years of age then the pension will be given to his/her wife/husband. But if both die before completing their 60 years of age then the contributed amount will be given one handed to the person as prescribe by them.
As according to survey more than 88% workers don't have pension facilities so this will help those poor people whose annual income is less than 1 lak. rupees and those who don pay taxes.
So over all this schemes are very beneficial and will help in economical development of India.By the way this new concept of reducing poverty is good but its future will depend on its application.how much impact it will have on Indian economy that will be great to see.
