Emerging Terrorism

Terrorism is emerging as a competitive industry over the last few decades.”  Analyse the above statement.

Terrorism is a state of terror or threat created by an individual or group of people through violent means to achieve their goal of Ideological spread, Challenge state, create havoc or fear on complete religious motives, etc. Terrorism was born on d basis of ideological base but later took political and religious turn. Now the Terrorism is purely to gain political power under religious fake identity. Due to available heaven for its growth in Middle East it is growing fast. Generally two types of terrorist organizations’ are there 1) state sponsored 2) non- state terrorist organizations’.

Some countries are trying to play proxy war through, terror funding (state-sponsored) to achieve political or diplomatic goals. Now most of the terrorist are State sponsored and hence, their industry is growing fast. Later religious fundamentalist are encouraging terror to fulfill their religious Will. On the other hand, unemployment, poverty, Arm conflict, easily availability of arms and ammunitions create favorable conditions for growth of terrorism. Diplomatic relations of nations may promote the ideology of terror in victimize country (ex. Muslim bans by USA).

Terrorism shall be dealt with hard hand and strict international Laws shall be formed. Institutional mechanism shall be created at international level to curb terrorism and stop terror funding. All nations shall black list, some international terrorist organizations’. Frame work should be made to fight terrorism. 

What do you understand by globalism and nationalism? It is said that today the dominant dichotomy has become globalism versus nationalism. Discuss.

Nationalism:- Nationalism is a form of patriotism, under which a person has strong,excess or nondiscriminatory devotion towards a cultural or ethnic group of people, from same State. The feeling of Independence of state and nation First.

Globalization:- The indiscriminately or unrestricted transfer of capital,finance, economy or goods and services across the borders of sovereign Nations.

When the capitalist economies emerged after Industrial Revolution, Globalization was given Impetus and Governments were encouraged to reduce its Interference in Market.This helped in neo-Imperialism and Capitalist Concurred majority of Market. But Now In 21st Century, Those Capitalist economies keeping aside, Globalize or open agenda have welcomed the protective approach under the name of Immigration and Nationalism (i.e. Nation First).

Now the word has been bifurcated into Two parts , countries with different agenda depending on their approach i.e. Nationalism or Globalization. Emerging economies like India, China, South-East Asian countries are emphasizing on globalization and still wants, the world to be open place for trade, commerce  and development. On the other hand Protectionism or Nationalism has taken root in countries such as USA and some European countries, which may have disastrous effect on World Economy. Bcoz Due to crises in this world, The growth rate of all countries have decreased, And there needs, Giant economies to Hold global Economy. Without the help of USA and Europe Developing or under developed economies cannot survive.
Reasons for protective approach by Developed Economies are
1)Economic anxiety

Worries about health care, paying bills and job losses, by race.

2)Racial resentment

Disagree that blacks should get special treatment and are disadvantaged by the legacy of slavery

3)Anxiety about blacks’ influence

Believe government and police treat blacks better; feel they have too much influence in politics.

4)Pro-immigrant

attitudes

Support immigration and not concerned about its effect on jobs, culture, crime.

PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE

It seems like anti government has become anti nationalist now a days in India ,because the kind of content which I see on social media truly corresponds to this. The country is passing through another frightful juncture. The kind of atmosphere created in India may recall the memories of 1975 . The statement by one of the senior leader in the past that ' still the emergence can be applied in country as some powers are superior' shows the fear in mind of people.
The protest at JNU is definately unfortunate for the largest democracy, which has remained integrated on the base of nationalisms. For the first time I agree with the statement of Rahul Gandhi in which he stated that ' just due to few number of students who are protesting for afjal guru and bla bla, whole JNU shall not be blamed, students are the future of country and matter should be solved through law and justice.
The recent orders of HRD ministry to flaunt indial national flag by all university looks like we are living in communist country. It is quite sad that in India the time has came to make mandatory for all universities to flaunt tri colour. Don't know how it will respond to situation. But without doing so it is necessary for HRD ministry to tackle out the reason behind such protest. How could such thinking get its root in an indian universities which provoke students to proclaim against nation.
Moving towards JNU the way situation was handled is not in the right way. The protest was totally against nation and police was obliged to solve it. But it was looking like the ABVP was been given charge to solve the matter by central government and police was just assigned the task to arrest students which were unjustly treated by nationalist. How do we define nationalism? By supporting gov.,ABVP or media?. Any one who stand with JNU was declared anti nationalist. If just due to handful of students how could someone condemn whole university. How could someone put future of young India in dark which has given us many civil servants and NGOs.
So at last I would like to say that the matter shall be solved by rule of law and no other authority should be entertained . The police should probe the matter and if possible supreme court should make justice. Anti nationalist shall be treated as per law and care to be taken so no further such incidents shall take place. At last we know '' prevention is better than cure''

EMERGENCE OF ISIS

This republic day rafale deal was on the agenda between France and India. Rafale is the multi tasking fighter jet which can be used at all operations such as land,sea and air as well. The French President stated that refale is striking well against Isis in Syria. As recently France too has faced setbacks from terrorism, French President discussed the need to cooperate India against terrorism. Do France want India to purchase rafale without negotiations to fight terrorism? The terrorist wing with whom France want India to fight may be Isis. let's look towards Isis in short. It will be explained in following manner:-
1) democracy v/s dictatorship.
2) USA's role in middle East.
3) Syria after USA's interference.
4) present condition.
5) my views on it.........

1) Democracy is nothing but government of d people,by d people and for d people. dictatorship is government of the dictator, by d dictator and for d dictator. Very simple difference to understand. But the feeling of nationalism which was created by Adolf Hitler though to be government for the nation on the wrong path. World war 1 & 2 both were won by democratic countries and definitely the conditions all over the world were favourable for Democracy. But middle East and some countries were exception to this and maintained their dictatorship after that. The cold war and NATO are outcome of this all. The democracy is and will always be accepted all over. But this conflict between democracy and dictatorship lead to the formation of Isis.
2) As we all know Americas hegemony all over world. It looks like America has taken oath( as pran of pita maha bhishma of Mahabharata) to make all counties democratic. This was the reason America form NATO in Eurasia against dictator (Stalin) and enterfare in middle East which led to Iran Iraq war. This created instability in gulf countries. Not only in gulf countries but its effects were felt in other parts of the world as well due to oil crises. Then further origins of terrorism is found to be here only. Over all America stand with people who were facing atrocities of dictatorship, lead to instability instead of justice.
3) Moving on to Syria here I would like to mention that she was ruled by dictator bashar al assad. It was seen people wanted to cast out his government and held protest against it. America took the initiative and blamed Assad for using chemical weapons again people those who were protesting. America supported people against Assad regime and trained them with weapons to throw out Assad. This lead to the formation of two groups in Syria,one was Assad's military and second was rebels known as kurds (Kurdish) . This kurds were supported by America and as usual Assad was supported by Russia along with Saudi Arabia and Turkey. This lead to instability in Syria which took worst turn later and put whole world under threat.
4) Later in 2011 kurds were separated in to two groups, one remain Kurdish and second into Isis. Isis did not excepted Assad, America nor any country. Now the Isis is fighting against Assad, Kurdish and America. Still America is not in favour of Assad nor Isis.
5) As we all know Isis is supplied with money from Saudi Arabia and also through illegal trade of oil from undertaken territories. Some step shall be taken to stop money supply to Isis.
Secondly America should leave Assad's matter aside and cooperate him along with Kurds to fight terrorism.
On the other hand Russia must stand with America keeping its conceit aside.
Over all whole world must stand on one side to tackle Isis other wise attacks which were happened in Paris will take place all over world in next few years.....

HEADING TOWARDS NOWHERE........

We are going to celebrate 67th republic day on 26th January this year. That means we have been republic since more than 6 and half decades. The day is celebrated because we accepted our constitution and felt proud to get unique one. We hoped for better future of our nation and also aimed to form welfare state. The constitution was made flexible so that amendments could be made to that as society progress. More than hundred amendments we have seen,but still we have not achieved any kind of reform in some cases.
The constitution gave reservation to dalits for empowering them socially, politically and economically. Today they are politically equal but still lacking behind in other factors. The suicide of Rohit vemula in Hyderabad university has created big issue for media as well as by politicians. I will discuss this topic in this manner:-
1) treatment to dalits in India in recent years.
2) stand of central government.
3) stand of other political parties.
4) conclusion.

1) This kind of suicide in India is not new. Since 2008 around 7 suicide cases of dalit students has been registered in Hyderabad university. The committee established to survey condition of dalits in national medical institutions came up with the report which shown pathetic situation. The report clearly mentioned that the treatment which they receive is worst I e. unconstitutional. From B.R. Ambedkar to contemporary India, has anything changed? Still we have different colonies for dalits in our society, clearly shows failure of constitution in this dimension. The unequal status to this people won't able to form stable society and also will not give justice to constitution. Still keeping different utensils for them at public places,forming different colonies for them, categorising them with their occupation ,etc. Shows backwardness of our society and that should be tackeled first. Still majority of the dalits are socially and economically far behind and this issue is sensitive. Only reservation won't help, each and every citizen of India should try bring society at equal level.

2) The stand of central government was irresponsible. The kind of statements which we got from central government shown its imprudent nature. They called this boy as first non-dalit and then started to debate on his cast. Does this shows the step of sensible government? It was quite sad to see that gov. Was trying to prove rohit as non dalit . The first thing is HRD ministry neglected suspension of students and then not thought important to form committee to inspect this matter. Some of the statement by bjp members from Hyderabad as ambedkar students association of whom Rohit was a member as an anti-national and extimist poured ghee in fire. The gov. Should have taken responsibility to inspect situation and avoided rekless statements.

3) There is no need to speak more because we all know how our politics is. First 'intolerance' and now this one. They just want some chance to criticise gov. They have shown that how much someone can fall to its lowest level by giving this sensitive issue a political turn. Talking specially about congress party as I have mention since 2008, 7 suicides has been committed. That time congress was in power, why they didn't took any actions that time to clear this issue. Even in their era too the condition of dalit community was same and nothing has changed. There may be such chances that they are emphasising on this issue in advance to upcoming elections in few states to create national atmosphere.

4). At last before concluding I want to make people realise our constitution which is the base of our society in recent years. This is the best thing to follow ever.
So I would like to conclude that the situation of dalits has really not improved in India. And some sort of flexibility of constitution shall be used by ruling and opposing parties solve this problems, which India is facing since centuries. The groups which are empowered by some political parties shall be brought under control to avoid such incidents in future.

FREE BASICS AND FACEBOOK

  Since last couple of days I am receiving notifications from friends to send TRAI the message in consent of free basics. But I don't think this as a right thing to do. Free basics is the internet service free of cost to access facebook and some websites which will be provided by Facebook.
 Firstly i would like to mention advantages of free basics to poor countries. As we know free basics is well successful in poor under developed countries in which due to lack of infracture,it was difficult for government to provide internet to people at low cost. now coming to India let us discuss some issues where it could get some sort of success. as today India is on the brink of digitisation where lakhs of villages will be connected by broad band and on ground its implementation is quite slow as expected.All the documents will be provided to people online. For this it is necessary that every person shall have access to internate. Free basics can help government to sort out this problem. The facebook with the help of free basics can provide websites related to health,education,sanitation,livelihood,administrative work,etc. free of cost. 
  As same people from Facebook have send messages for net neutrality to TRAI few months ago,then how could they support free basics. Let me clearly explain u that Facebook belongs to US and it does not pay any kind of tax to India. And now Facebook is trying to get hold of Indian internet. As we all know ,those who control internet controls the country same as in the mediaeval period those who control sea controlled countries i.e.colonies. the same way facebook is trying to rule India through internet by providing free basics. The day will come if we permit free basics in india when people will misunderstand internet as facebook.
Here comes the question about net neutrality. There are around 3.5 million websites and I don't think such large number of websites will be brought under free basics. There will not be any more fare platform for all the website for their access. By the way without providing free basics TRAI shall try to lower the data charges of all telecom companies. As India is one of the country which provides highest data charges for its customers. 
 So, at last i would like to conclude that if free basics has to be made successful it should be on the terms of government. The websites authorised by government only shall be made free and government should have control on it. To reduce compitition TRAI should reduce the data charges and help net neutrality.Except government websites all other websites should be given equal access.......

Hypocracy of government

'Nari shakti' this was the theam of independance day pared.The whole year was to be dedicated for women empowerment. For that most of the MNCs tried their best to maintain gender ratio by recruiting higher number of female employes. But still the women's safety at work place is questinable. No decision has been taken by government to form Internal complaint committee(ICC) under sexual harressment at workplace act 2013. Still 31% of Indian companies has not set ICCs. Setting ICCs is not sufficient for being justified towards women against sexual harressment. The committe which is going to overtake the case shall be provided proper training,they shall be made aware of all the laws and proceedings. Still 40% companies has not begun training members in provision of law. As per the national commission on women the complaints of sexual harassment at work place has doubled. Most of the cases remains hidden due to fear of losing job. Some cases are over ruled by higher authorities.
Just empowering women economically won't help nation to develop. Social empowerment is as important as economical and political. If government is trying to increase HDI by showing equality on paper then it is quite pity. Definately some steps should be taken for womens safety at workplaces and ICCs shall be made impartial with transparency.
